We're looking for a clinically exceptional Associate Dentist who wants to spend their days doing exactly what they trained for: connecting with patients, solving complex problems, and delivering care that makes a real difference. This is pure dentistry. No hygiene checks. No administrative busywork. If you're a high-producing clinician who's tired of box-checking and wants to focus on the craft, this role was built for you. Why our client? Top earning potential. Earn 33% of adjusted production — highly competitive for the market, with realistic $300K+ annual compensation for a productive provider. Pure clinical focus. No hygiene checks. No administrative overhead. You're here to diagnose, connect with patients, and deliver care. Your time is truly yours. We're an on-demand emergency practice. When the schedule is light, we're not going to ask you to sit in an operatory staring at the wall. Take a walk, read a book, use the golf simulator. Marketing-forward practice. The practice prioritizes data-driven marketing to keep production consistently high — so you're seeing high-intent patients, not waiting for the phone to ring. Partnership potential. This isn't just a job. We actively invest in providers who are the right long-term fit. Mentorship available. Experienced clinical leadership available to support your growth and case complexity. What You'll Do Diagnose patient needs and develop clear, patient-centered treatment plans Deliver same-day treatment with a wide range of general and restorative procedures Perform surgical extractions, third molar removal, and oral surgical procedures in-house Complete molar root canals and retain complex cases rather than defaulting to referral Communicate diagnosis and urgency compassionately and without judgment Build genuine rapport with patients in a high-paced, high-acuity environment Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Who We're Looking For This role is right for you if you lead with warmth, communicate clearly, and are genuinely motivated by delivering excellent care under pressure.
