What You'll Do Diagnose patient needs and develop clear, patient-centered treatment plans Deliver same-day treatment with a wide range of general and restorative procedures Perform surgical extractions, third molar removal, and oral surgical procedures in-house Complete molar root canals and retain complex cases rather than defaulting to referral Communicate diagnosis and urgency compassionately and without judgment Build genuine rapport with patients in a high-paced, high-acuity environment Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Who We're Looking For This role is right for you if you lead with warmth, communicate clearly, and are genuinely motivated by delivering excellent care under pressure.
