Why This Role Stands Out for You Practice at the Highest Clinical Level You'll practice in a Level 1 trauma and 763-bed academic medical center at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and Carilion Children's Hospital, providing comprehensive care to a population of over one million across a large rural multi-state region. You'll have the opportunity to: Manage complex trauma and hospital-based cases Collaborate across specialties Contribute to an ACPA-approved Cleft and Craniofacial Center Work alongside specialists in pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and prosthodontics Teach, Mentor, and Influence the Next Generation Through your academic appointment with Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine , you'll: Teach and mentor General Practice residents Engage with medical students and interdisciplinary learners Pursue Research that Moves the Field Forward You'll have access to research collaboration opportunities through the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute , Virginia Tech, and other academic partners.
