Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of general dentistry practices, with specialized expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and restorative procedures. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, performing dental assessments, and executing treatment plans with precision and compassion. This role offers an opportunity to work in a well-equipped dental clinic environment committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments using advanced medical imaging techniques to diagnose oral health issues accurately. Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics with proficiency and attention to detail. Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix to document patient information meticulously while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during all procedures. Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care tailored to pediatric and adult patients. Collaborate with dental assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow efficiency and enhance patient comfort. Manage medical documentation accurately, including medical history updates and treatment records, ensuring clarity and completeness. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to continually improve clinical outcomes and patient care quality. Skills Proficiency in dental software platforms such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and billing purposes. Extensive knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control procedures, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Strong expertise in pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics (dental fabrication), and general dentistry procedures. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with compassionate communication to address diverse patient needs effectively. Ability to perform dental extractions safely while minimizing discomfort for patients of all ages. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques used in dentistry for diagnostic purposes. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations governing patient privacy and data security within the dental practice setting. Experience working in a fast-paced dental clinic environment with a focus on high-quality patient care and teamwork. Pay:
$250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
