: Licensed Dentist Needed for Clinic in Charlottesville, VA 22903

Locum Position :

Temporary Dentist Facility :

Charlottesville, VA 22903

Dates :

June 1-5, 8-11, 22-25, 29-30.

Hours :

Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm | Fri 8a-1pm

Clinical Staff :

4 DAs, 1 RDH Required procedures : Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Crown & Bridge, Comprehensive treatment planning, Implant restoration after OS Additional requirements/ info : extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Contract Details:

Compensation:

$1200 per day

Overtime Rate:

$225 per hour

Malpractice Insurance:

Provided Travel & Lodging Expenses:

Covered if necessary (negotiable)

Requirements:

Updated Curriculum Vitae Professional VA License Active VA DEA Certificate required (Complete schedules required) Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist. How to
