Established, respected, and rapidly growing practice with multiple locations Excellent referral relationships and a loyal patient base Modern, efficient workflow that allows you to focus on patient care Leadership that supports innovation, mentorship, and work-life balance Responsibilities Diagnose, plan, and perform the full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including: Dental implants and bone grafting Orthognathic surgery Facial trauma and reconstructive surgery Wisdom teeth and dentoalveolar procedures Deliver exceptional patient care with empathy, precision, and professionalism Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare professionals Supervise and mentor surgical and anesthesia assistants Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, etc.) Qualifications DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited US Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency program Active (or eligible) dental license in Virginia Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (ABOMS) preferred Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Passion for lifelong learning, teamwork, and clinical excellence Join Northern Virginia's premier Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery team, where growth meets greatness.
