Associate Dentist - Stafford, VA Join a high-volume, tech-forward practice where you can take your clinical skills to the next level. You will have the patients, the technology, and the support to excel.

The Opportunity Location:

Stafford, VA (22554) - Just 45 miles south of D.C.

Schedule:

4-5 days per week (Monday-Friday).

Support:

Work alongside two experienced dentists.

Patient Base:

Established schedule; primarily PPO/Cash with ~20% Medicaid. The Tech Stack Practice in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with: CBCT & iTero In-house Mill 3

D Printers Laser Technology Full Implant System Clinical Freedom & Growth Full Scope:

Perform molar endo, surgical extractions, and restorative work.

Implants:

Freedom to place implants immediately or with support as you learn.

Invisalign Compensation & Benefits Earnings:

Realistic production potential of $60K-$100K/month .

Pay Structure:

30% of Collections (W2) or 35% (1099).

No Lab Fees:

The office covers all lab deductions (except Invisalign cases).

Guarantee:

Initial daily guarantee is negotiable.

Future:

Path to Partnership for the right long-term fit.

2 years of experience and the right mindset.

Skills:

Strong communication skills and a desire to master advanced procedures.

Proficiency:
