We have a provider going on maternity leave and are looking for another doctor to join our practice as we continue to grow. You will have the opportunity to work with incredible team members and at an office with a great reputation in our local communities. We are looking for candidates who are open to working at both of our locations depending on the need (Enumclaw and Bonney Lake). We are open to both newer graduates and experienced hires. Compensation & Benefits We are looking for the right long-term fit and will compensate accordingly: Greater of daily minimum (negotiable) or 25
  • 30% of adjusted production depending on experience and tenure with the practice. Compensation calculations and duration of daily minimum will be discussed during the interview process. Long term opportunities for profit-share bonuses after 5 years with the practice, open to partnership if there is a great mutual fit. 401K
  • Dollar for dollar match up to 4% Medical
