We handle a robust, steady stream of internal and external professional referrals, allowing you to focus entirely on specialized patient care from day one. Flexible scheduling options (Full-time or Part-time) with no weekend hours. Experienced, highly trained dental assistants and a streamlined front-office administration team. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough clinical examinations and accurately diagnose diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues. Execute complex root canal therapies, endodontic retreatments, and surgical endodontic procedures such as apicoectomies. Interpret 3D CBCT scans to formulate precise, effective treatment plans. Provide exceptional patient education, addressing treatment anxieties with empathy and clinical confidence. Maintain meticulous electronic clinical records and coordinate care seamlessly with referring general dentists. Requirements DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Certificate in Endodontics from an advanced CODA-approved specialty program. Active, unrestricted State Dental License, or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date. Board Certification or Board Eligibility through the American Board of Endodontics. Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.
