Our team consists of general dentists and specialists working collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Because we have a large, active general patient base, you will enjoy a built-in, consistent internal referral pipeline from day one without the need to market yourself to outside practices.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Endodontist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will diagnose and treat complex endodontic cases, performing root canal therapies, endodontic retreatments, and surgical interventions (apicoectomies) as needed. If you value clinical autonomy, a collaborative team culture, and a steady stream of internal referrals, this is the perfect opportunity to complement your current schedule. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat diseases of the dental pulp and periapical tissues. Perform high-quality endodontic treatments, retreatments, and surgical procedures. Collaborate closely with our general dentists and other specialists regarding comprehensive treatment planning. Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring patient comfort and managing dental anxiety effectively. Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely electronic clinical records. Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Certificate in Endodontics from an advanced CODA-accredited education program. Active, unrestricted WA Dental License (or eligibility to obtain one). Board Eligible or Board Certified by the American Board of Endodontics. Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
