Vancouver, WA Dates:

June 22-25, 29-30, July 1

Hours:

7a-5p

Clinical Staff:

1 RDH, 3 DA Required procedures: Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Comprehensive treatment planning, implants Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth Responsibilities (can include but may not be limited to): Perform basic surgical procedures Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures

Contract Details:

Compensation:

$1200 per day

Overtime Rate:

$225 per hour

Malpractice Insurance:

Provided Travel & Lodging Expenses:

Covered if necessary

Requirements:

Updated Curriculum Vitae Professional License Active DEA Certificate required (Complete schedules required) Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a dentist. How to
