Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. Create a comfortable and supportive environment for children and families. Manage pediatric patient behavior with a calm, caring, and professional approach. Qualifications DDS/DMD degree with an active state dental license. Specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry or strong clinical experience in pediatric-focused general dentistry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to relationship-driven, patient-first care. Compensation & Benefits Percentage-based compensation: 35-40% of collections.
