General Dentist

We are seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our established, privately owned dental practice in Suamico, WI. For more than 30 years, our office has proudly served the greater Green Bay community with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist interested in a pathway to ownership. We offer clinical autonomy along with the support and mentorship of experienced partner doctors who are dedicated to helping associates succeed. Our practice provides a wide range of services in-house, including clear aligner therapy, implant placement, and sleep appliances. We prioritize innovation and efficiency by utilizing advanced technology such as CBCT, intraoral scanners, and CEREC milling units for same-day crowns. This is a full-time position (Monday-Thursday), with flexibility in days and hours. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a guaranteed base salary plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on provider collections. Qualifications for this role include a DDS/DMD from an accredited program with a valid and current license to practice dentistry in the state of Wisconsin.
