Seeking an Associate Dentist with experience 3 day work week with 2 days for appointments only 6 month Daily guarantee with 32% of collections Full ancillary staff for supportEquipment & Technology:
Digital X-rays Intraoral Camera Oral Cancer Screening Teeth Whitening Digital Impressions Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and root canal therapy with precision and compassion. Conduct patient assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans aligned with best practices. Execute complex procedures such as dental extractions, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery while maintaining high standards of safety and aseptic technique. Utilize dental terminology effectively to communicate treatment options and educate patients about their oral health. Maintain accurate medical documentation and manage medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Operate dental imaging equipment to obtain high-quality radiographs for diagnosis and treatment planning. Collaborate seamlessly with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Skills Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and patient management. Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, infection control protocols, and dental fabrication processes. Experience in pediatric dentistry and pediatric patient care is highly desirable. Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other advanced procedures confidently. Excellent patient care skills with a focus on assessment, communication, and building trust. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and understanding of medical records management.Pay:
