The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care while demonstrating proficiency in various dental procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist patients with dental problems, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and dental maintenance. Apply dental impression technology to create high quality restorations. Perform diagnostic and preventive dentistry, including cleanings, polishing, fluoride treatment, sealants, x-rays, and other diagnostic and preventive procedures. Perform cosmetic dental procedures, including veneers, crowns, bridges, inlays, dentures and implants placement. Manage treatment planning, treatment implementation, and follow-up care to ensure clinical excellence. Communicate and collaborate with patients, other members of the dental team, and other departments Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid dental license to practice in the state. Proficiency in dental terminology and familiarity with medical documentation practices. Experience or training in oral surgery, endodontics, pediatric dentistry, and dental extractions is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of dentistry.
