GED Full Job Description Job Summary:
Under the supervision and/or direction of the Chief Technician, Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse or Staff RN, may perform various duties assisting nursing staff in the preparation of dialysis equipment and in the treatment and care of patients, in accordance to established policies and procedures of the Center.Qualifications:
1. High School graduate. 2. American Heart Association, BLS Provider Card- Required 3. Hemodialysis Certification through either the Board of Nephrolou Examiners Nursing and Technology (BONENT) or through the National Association of Nephrology Technicians/ Technologist (NANT).
- Required 4. Able to read and speak English
- bilingual preferred 5. One year experience in the medical field either as a certified hemodialysis technician involved in patient care
