Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tech to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will support clinical operations by applying your expertise in dialysis procedures, physiology, and medical terminology to ensure safe and effective patient care. Your proactive approach and technical skills will contribute to a positive patient experience and uphold the highest standards of aseptic technique and anatomical knowledge. Responsibilities Assist with dialysis treatments by setting up equipment, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols Maintain a sterile environment through proper aseptic techniques during all procedures Support healthcare professionals by preparing supplies, documenting treatment details, and managing medical records accurately Monitor patient vital signs and physiological responses throughout treatments, reporting any concerns promptly Educate patients on treatment processes, post-care instructions, and health maintenance strategies Keep up-to-date with medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to effectively communicate and document clinical activities Follow all safety guidelines and infection control protocols to uphold a safe clinical environment Qualifications Prior experience or training related to dialysis procedures is highly preferred Strong understanding of physiology and anatomy to support patient care activities Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to clinical settings Demonstrated competence in aseptic technique and infection control practices Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team members Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and maintain meticulous records A proactive attitude with a passion for providing compassionate patient support Join us in delivering exceptional healthcare services!
