We are currently seeking our next Nutritional Aide I to join our team! What you'll do: Exceeding resident dining experience expectations by demonstrating a positive and professional attitude, while adhering to and ensuring adherence to all established Dining Services policies and procedures. At the direction of the Nutritional Services Manager, Nutritional Services Assistant Manager, Nutritional Services Supervisor and/or Nutritional Aide Lead, you will be assigned specific duties to ensure that the residents are provided with a dining experience that exceeds their expectations.

Our Nutritional Aides:

Attend all team meetings and/or events requiring your presence.|Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act in a calm manner in the event of an emergency. Consistently follow the specific standardized steps of service as directed by the Nutritional Services leadership team during meal periods as you serve the residents and their family members and guests. Keep the Nutritional Services Manager informed of any potential problems as they surface to ensure timely resolution. Lead by example with regard to food safety and sanitation, maintaining an environment and work area that demonstrates safety and sanitation are paramount. Maintain an attention to detail with regards to resident safety. This includes allergies, texture modifications, and therapeutic diets. Work one-on-one with existing team members to ensure all Nutritional Services standards are followed. Perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need: Minimum of 1 year's server experience in a hospitality-focused healthcare environment preferred. Any current state-sanctioned regulatory Food and alcoholic beverage licenses that are required in order to work within the food, beverage, and/or health services environment. ServSafe certification is a plus.
