In this role, you aren't just delivering a meal; you are a vital part of our residents' daily health and happiness. As a member of our culinary team, you will act as a primary point of contact during mealtimes, ensuring our residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care receive high-quality nourishment in a safe, social, and supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

Dietary Safety First:

Act as the final line of defense by cross-referencing meal orders with resident dietary profiles to ensure everyone receives the correct texture, portion, and specific nutrients required.

Allergy Advocacy:

Diligently double-check all plates for known allergens to ensure the safety and well-being of every resident.

Dining Excellence:

Present meals in a professional and courteous manner, assisting residents with any specific needs during the meal service.

Environmental Care:

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room that meets RCFE food service standards.

In-Room Service:

Coordinate and deliver meal trays to resident rooms when requested.

Resident Monitoring:

Observe and report any changes in a resident's appetite or behavior to the clinical or culinary leadership team.

Light Preparation:

Assist with refreshments, snack setups, and preparing light items like fresh fruit.

$17.50 - $22.00 per hour
