Part Time Kennel Technician

About the Role Do you love animals and have evenings free? The Paw Spa Grooming & Pet Hotel is hiring part-time afternoon and evening Kennel Technicians tp join our growing team! This position is ideal for high school students, college students, or any adult looking to pick up rewarding evening work. We work around school, sport, or other work scheduling!

Scheduling Hours:

3:30/4:00pm-8:00pm We are looking for: 1 person available 20-24 hours per week, OR 2 people each available 8-12 hours per week

School Year Flexibility:

Shifts can start ay 4:00pm to accommodate high school or college schedules.

Weekend Availability:

A minimum of 8 hours every other weekend is required. Additional weekend hours are available! We work split shifts on weekends (7:30am-11:30am & 3:30pm-8pm. This may change depending on staffing needs) What You'll Do Assist with evening check-ins and check-outs for boarding and daycare guests Clean and maintain kennels, common areas, and equipment Complete end-of-day tasks including dishes, laundry, kennel cleaning/ sanitation Ensure all animals are comfortable, fed, and cared for through the evening Support the day team with any remaining tasks What We're Looking For Dependable and responsible, our guests are counting on you showing up Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A genuine love for animals and enthusiasm for animal care Experience with animals is preferred but not required - we will teach you everything you need to know! Ideal for someone interested in entering the animal industry and looking to gain experience. Compensation & Perks Pay is based on animals handling experience with room to grow.
