$15 per hour Join Our Team as a Dietary Aide! Isles of Boynton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking dependable and compassionate Dietary Aides to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in providing nutritious meals and excellent service to our residents while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and set up resident meal trays according to individualized dietary requirements. Deliver and retrieve meal trays promptly and courteously. Break down trays and properly manage food items and dishware. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces after each meal service. Assist with food preparation for special events and occasions while adhering to all health and sanitation guidelines. Help ensure department equipment and supplies are maintained in a safe and orderly manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
