Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled person to join our culinary team as a cook. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food service and ensuring that all dietary needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and service, with experience in menu planning and catering. A passion for culinary arts and casual dining will be key to succeeding in this position. Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines Assist in menu planning, ensuring a variety of nutritious options are available Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen Handle food with care, adhering to all food handling regulations Collaborate with the dietary department to meet specific dietary needs of clients Provide excellent customer service while serving meals in a fine dining environment Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring all food is prepared to perfection Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred Strong background in food service, including restaurant or kitchen experience Culinary experience with a focus on cooking, meal preparation, and casual dining Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential Experience with menu planning, catering, and serving is highly desirable Must be fluent in Spanish as well as
