$15.50 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Summary Karcher Post Acute is seeking a friendly, dependable, and team oriented Dietary Aide to join our dietary services team. In this role, you will help provide nutritious meals and excellent service to our residents while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and food service Deliver meals and beverages to residents according to dietary requirements Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Follow sanitation, food safety, and infection control procedures Assist with stocking supplies and maintaining kitchen cleanliness Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, guests, and staff Support the dietary team as needed to ensure quality meal service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow directions and dietary guidelines Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work effectively as part of a team Why Join Karcher Post Acute?
