Job Description
The Dietary Aide supports the kitchen with food and nutritional services that meet the dietary and therapeutic needs of residents in a clean and safe environment that meets or exceeds regulatory standards. Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities You should be able to read, understand, and follow standardized recipes with ease. Basic understanding of sanitation and workplace safety regulations is a must, with a willingness to learn and grow. You should have a basic understanding of food handling, preparation, and cooking procedures, with a willingness to learn and improve.
