Culinary Team Members:
Our Team Members start their Culinary Career learning the front and back of the Dining Services Industry. In a hospitality driven, multi dining outlet setting, you will perform duties to include plating, set up and tear down of café, restaurant, retail areas, or assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Must bring a strong work ethic, a SMILE and enjoy working in a TEAM environment
Patient Services:
Host, Trayline & Ambassadors Responsible for preparing and delivering and picking up trays for patients, communicating pertinent information regarding menu preferences, delivering nourishments, taking inventory of floor supplies and re-supplying them to a par level. Works as team member with the patient/patient's family, nursing, and food service support to maximize patient meal satisfaction. Practices exceptional customer service at all times. Services as primary liaison between patients and food service operations.

IMPRESSIVE
presentations following our Executive Chef Menus. Ability to inventory and portion ingredients. Additionally, assist in kitchen to include prep, dish room, dry stock and perishable food inventories and sanitation. Experience as a cook or culinary schooling would be ideal but we willing to train the right person with a passion for food.
Food Service Worker/ Cold Prep:
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Chef, the Cold Prep person will prepare, mix, and portion ingredients for salads, fruited gelatin, beverages, and similar cold dishes.
Job Relations:
  • Responsible to and reports directly to General Manager.
  • Supervises duties of food service personnel.
  • Must work closely with staff. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Based on corporate and client objectives, help to develop plans to meet these objectives in conjunction with his/her supervisor.
  • Review with the General Manager and production staff daily, their plans to meet storage, production, and service needs.
  • Aid in the training of workers on a continual basis and responsible optimal utilization of labor.
  • Aid during necessary cafeteria surveys and direct contact with customers so as to be aware of customer acceptance of the food program. Develop working rapport with the staff. Act on customer complaints, suggestions, or requests immediately.
  • Keep personal work areas clean, neat, and efficiently arranged at all times.
  • Perform any other tasks as requested by the General Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This can be full or part-time and provides very flexible schedules. Hospitality experience is desired and a SMILE is required!
