Dietary Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to cook in providing assistance in preparation of all meal service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to follow oral and written directions. Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and hygienic methods.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
1. Perform other duties as assigned.

As assigned including some weekends and holidays.
