Dietary Aide:
As a Dietary Aide , you'll be a vital part of our residents' well-being by supporting their nutrition and dining experience when you: Provide individualized attention to residents during mealtimes Support each resident's dignity, comfort, and privacy Assist with meal prep, serving, and cleanup Coordinate work with other dietary staff and departments Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment Report pertinent information to your supervisor as needed

A warm, caring attitude and desire to serve others Ability to follow safety procedures and dietary guidelines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Previous dietary or food service experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right person!
