Job Description

The Role We're currently hiring a part-time Dietary Aide to support our dietary department and help residents enjoy smooth, welcoming dining. You'll pitch in with meal prep, dining room setup, and dishwashing so everything stays clean, stocked, and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist with meal prep and tray/plate assembly as directed Set up, serve, and reset dining areas for resident meals Perform dishwashing and keep kitchen/dining spaces sanitized Follow food safety and infection-control practices What you'll bring: A friendly, dependable attitude and willingness to learn Comfort working on your feet in a busy kitchen aide setting Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Schedule is days or evenings, including every other weekend and every other holiday. Luther Memorial Home was built in 1958 and the first resident was admitted in 1959.
