Duties of Dietary Aides:
Perform a variety of food service functions in maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of food service areas, facilities, and equipment. Help prepare food for residents. Serve meals to residents. Set up and take down dining areas. Wash dishes. Assist with kitchen maintenance and general cleaning. Qualifications for
Dietary Aides:
High school Diploma or equivalent Experience helpful but not required. Knowledge of methods and techniques of handling and serving food preferred Knowledge of sanitation practices relating to food handling preferred Dietary Aides may start as early as
