Summary We are seeking a dedicated dietary aide to join our team at Baptist Homes of Missouri. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious meals that align with our residents' dietary needs while ensuring a welcoming dining experience. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times. Assist in menu planning and food preparation for special dietary needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with dietary aides to ensure efficient meal service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on food safety practices. Requirements Proven experience as a Cook in a healthcare or food service environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Strong skills in food preparation and cooking techniques. Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
