Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dietary Aide, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly enhance the dining experience for our residents and guests. In this vital role, you will assist in preparing and serving nutritious, appealing meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer service. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that promotes health, comfort, and satisfaction for everyone we serve. Responsibilities Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality and safety standards, including catering and banquet setups when needed Serve meals to residents and guests with professionalism, courtesy, and a friendly demeanor Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food service areas, adhering to strict food handling and safety regulations Support dietary needs by following specific meal plans and dietary restrictions for residents or guests Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Assist in setting up dining areas for special events or daily service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Experience Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Fine dining experience or banquet experience is a plus, demonstrating attention to detail in presentation and service Background in food handling, safety protocols, or restaurant operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role Customer service skills are essential for creating positive interactions with residents, guests, and team members Experience with food preparation or serving in the food industry helps ensure smooth daily operations Barista experience or similar roles involving beverage service can be beneficial but are not required Prior dietary aide experience is advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate Join us to make a meaningful difference through exceptional food service!
