Job Description

Bellamy Assisted Living is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with seniors, takes pride in providing excellent service, and wants to be part of a team that helps create a positive dining experience for our residents every day. As a Dietary Aide, you will play an important role in supporting meal service, maintaining cleanliness in the dining and kitchen areas, and helping ensure residents receive meals in a welcoming, safe, and respectful environment. Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and tray service Serve meals and snacks to residents in a courteous and professional manner Set up and clear tables in the dining room Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and food service areas Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Stock supplies and assist with kitchen organization Work collaboratively with the dietary team and other departments Help create a pleasant dining experience for residents Qualifications Prior food service or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required Strong customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to follow sanitation and safety standards Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working with the senior population What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunity to work in a resident-centered setting Training and growth opportunities Meaningful work that makes a difference every day Watson Assisted Living is looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who are ready to contribute to a team dedicated to quality service and resident satisfaction.
