Job Description

Dietary Aide Job Summary:
Mason Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team! As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in the preparation and service of meals to our residents, ensuring their dietary needs are met while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of meals, including food preparation, plating, and presentation Maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas Monitor and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment Assist with tray service, including delivering and collecting trays Perform food quality control checks Collaborate with the dietary team to provide exceptional customer service to residents and families Maintain accurate records and reports as required Perform other duties as assigned by the
Dietary Manager Requirements:
0 years of experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Food service experience in a healthcare setting a plus Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods Excellent communication and organizational skills Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and families
