The Lodge At Brookline, located in the heart of Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our food and nutrition team. As a Dietary Aide at The Lodge At Brookline, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and service in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents by assisting with food preparation, service, and cleanup.
Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food preparation, and plating Maintain a safe and clean environment in the kitchen and dining areas Assist with serving and cleaning up after meals Restock and replenish supplies as needed Monitor and report any food allergies, special dietary needs, and resident preferences
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred Ability to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and families Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
