Dietary Aide (Part-time and Full-time) At ISH Dining Services, we are dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences that nourish both body and mind. As a Dietary Aide , you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients by preparing and serving nutritious meals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. As a Dietary Aide at ISH Dining Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food distribution, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals : Assist with meal preparation, food presentation, and serving patients in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain a clean and safe environment : Ensure that all food service areas are clean, safe, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Assist with food distribution : Delivers meals and snacks to patients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Collaborate with the culinary team : Work closely with the cooking staff to prepare and serve meals that meet the dietary needs of our patients. Maintain accurate records : Accurately record patient meal intake, food temperatures, and any special requests.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in food service or healthcare environment preferred
