Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) - Full-Time Cedar Haven Healthcare Center | Lebanon, PA Cedar Haven Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) / Dietary Supervisor to lead our dietary services department in our skilled nursing facility in Lebanon, PA. This is a full-time, working manager role , requiring both supervisory oversight and hands-on participation as a cook or dietary aide. Weekend availability is required. Position Overview The Certified Dietary Manager / Dietary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily dietary operations while actively supporting meal preparation and service. This role ensures residents receive nutritious, high-quality meals that meet all dietary, safety, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dietary department Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate dietary staff Actively work as a cook or dietary aide as needed Prepare meals according to planned menus, standardized recipes, and special diet orders Ensure only approved food substitutions are used Review resident care plans to ensure dietary and nutritional needs are met Collaborate with a registered dietitian to provide appropriate nutrition support Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team Participate in weekend coverage as required Qualifications Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required or actively in the process of obtaining certification Previous long-term care dietary experience preferred Prior supervisory or management experience preferred Ability and willingness to perform hands-on dietary duties Why Join Cedar Haven Healthcare Center?
