Your role ensures residents receive meals that meet their dietary needs in a safe and welcoming setting. Key Responsibilities Set up and distribute meal trays according to dietary guidelines Assist with meal service and food preparation Clear trays, wash dishes, and operate the dishwasher Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels Prepare snacks and nourishments Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas Store food and supplies safely and neatly Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout shift Follow all food safety and infection control procedures Assist the cook and dietary supervisor as needed Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate Strong teamwork and communication skills Compassion for the geriatric population Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
