$14-$15/hour Part-time, flexible schedule PRN opportunities across our facility network Career advancement opportunities within South Carolina Supportive, team-focused workplace Position Summary As a Dietary Aide, you will support the dietary team in preparing and serving meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities Set up and serve meal trays according to dietary guidelines Assist with meal service and food preparation Clear trays and operate the dishwasher Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitation levels Prepare snacks and nourishments Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment Sweep, mop, and maintain kitchen and dining areas Store food and supplies safely and properly Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout shift Follow all food safety and infection control procedures Assist the cook and dietary supervisor as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate Experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred Ability to learn food service routines quickly Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?
