This role is essential to resident satisfaction and daily care. Key Responsibilities Assist with meal preparation and food service Serve meals to residents in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control guidelines Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools Support cooks and dietary staff as needed during shifts Ensure proper portioning and meal accuracy Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Certificate Previous dietary or food service experience preferred (healthcare is a plus) Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends Strong teamwork and communication skills Compassion for an underserved population We are an equal opportunity employer.
