Full Job Description Duties:

• Sanitate kitchen and dining areas before and after meal service
• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients
• Cook and assemble simple dishes under the supervision of a chef or cook
• Serve meals to residents or patients in a timely and courteous manner
• Buss tables and clean dining areas after meal service
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others as part of a team
