Our Household Specialist is responsible for serving menu items to order from a limited menu for residents in a caring, home-like environment. Shift(s): Nights and Weekends are a must.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills: Ability to respond in a patient, courteous, and cooperative manner to residents, staff, and the public is essential Ability to read and understand written and verbal communication Ensure dining area is clean and stocked and maintain safety and sanitation standards Ability to perform some light cooking, sandwich preparation and cleaning Must be able to lift 20lbs unassisted and work on feet up to four hours at a time Must have at least 6 months of customer service experience 1 or 2 years of related work experience and experience working with senior adults is preferred High School Diploma or equivalency required ServSafe certification desired Offers of employment are conditioned on applicants meeting requirements of a pre-employment drug screening and background check Summary Westminster Canterbury Richmond opened in 1975 and is a premier continuing care retirement community known for its tradition of service excellence.
