- What You'll Do Provide comprehensive nutrition assessment and long-term care nutrition services Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team, including the DSS, DON, Administrator, and nursing staff Support residents through compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care Maintain clear communication and a positive, solution-oriented approach What We're Looking For Registered Dietitian / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented clinician with a compassionate approach to resident care About Dietitians of Orange County For more than 25 years, Dietitians of Orange County has partnered with healthcare organizations throughout Southern California to provide exceptional consultant dietitian services.
