JOB PURPOSE
Registered Dietitian is primarily responsible for providing the planning and implementation of the nutrition care of the patients in accordance with regulations, clinical guidelines, and policies and procedures.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Knowledgeable of dietary practices and procedures and the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary functions in the skilled nursing facility. Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Dietary Department, its programs, and activities. Coordinate dietary services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Nursing, Housekeeping, Social Services, etc.) Develop and maintain written dietary policies and procedures. Maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc., and maintain the appearance of dietary service areas; perform regular inspections of dietary service areas for sanitation, order, safety, and proper performance of assigned duties.Qualifications:
Professional and cleanliness is a must Positive Attitude, Great customer service Bachelor's degree or higher in dietetics or nutrition related field Current, unencumbered,active license to practice as a dietitian in this state. Two or more years of experience in a skilled nursing care facility (preferred). Ability to work a flexible schedulePay:
