  • Shift Details:
  • + Monday-Friday 7a-3:30p
  • Dietitian Duties & Responsibilities:
  • + Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
+ Provide evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for patients across various clinical settings. + Counsel patients and families on nutrition, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices. + Monitor patient progress and modify nutrition interventions as appropriate. + Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. + Interpret laboratory values and clinical data to support nutrition recommendations. + Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). + Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility nutrition standards and regulations. + Educate healthcare staff on nutrition-related best practices as needed. + Support quality improvement and patient education initiatives.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • + Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
+ Must be a Registered Dietitian with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics or Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) + American Heart Association BLS, for Heath Care Providers + 1-year experience in a relevant field. + Additional certifications may be required. + Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required. + Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents
