Temecula, CA 92592
Contract:
3+months of contract with possibility of extension
Shift:
Days - 8 HR | 5
Days Compensation:
Travel Pay:
$2115.48/Weekly (Blended)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient nutrition assessments based on medical conditions, labs, weight, and nutritional needs. Develop and manage individualized nutrition care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare teams. Monitor patients receiving nutrition support, modified diets, and therapeutic meal plans. Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and families. Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress. Evaluate diet orders and recommend nutrition adjustments as needed. Support quality improvement projects and act as a nutrition resource for clinical staff.
Requirements:
Registered RD/RDN credential through CDR. Acute care/inpatient hospital dietitian experience. Master's degree in food/nutrition or related field (as applicable per CDR requirements). Riverside County Food Handler Card or ServSafe Manager certification. #
IRI-MT Pay:
$2,115.48 per week
