The Dietician contributes to the health and wellness through nutrition to individuals, families and communities.
Local Pay:
$45/hr
Travel Pay:
$1,990 gross weekly
Setting:
Psych Hospital Location:
Pueblo, CO Hours:
40 hours a week, excluding government holidays Orientation is 40 hours for the first 2 weeks on day shift
Notes:
must bed comfortable working in a forensic patient population and hold a registered dietitian certification
Start:
1st and 3rd week of every month with the exception of December only having one start date
Contract Length:
24 weeks
Minimum Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences, Human Nutrition, or comparable major preferred and or per state requirements Registered dietitian (RD) licensure or certificate required Two years' experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits At Amergis, we firmly believe that our employees are the heartbeat of our organization and we are happy to offer the following benefits: Competitive pay & weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Awards and recognition programs Benefit eligibility is dependent on employment status. •
