Registered Dietitian:
Direct, supervise and coordinate all the functions and activities and related to clinical nutritional care. Develop, or review and revise, and implement policies and procedures to assure compliance with JCAHO standards, and federal and state regulations, laws, and guidelines. Develop the monthly Performance Improvement Clinical Nutrition Report. Develop and implement plans to facilitate the provision of high quality and appropriate nutrition care to residents.
