Job Description:
- + Completes nutrition-focused physical assessments, takes measurements, reviews medical records, collects data via interviews, and evaluates anthropometric status.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- + Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English + Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office + Comprehensive knowledge and application of nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy + General knowledge of nutrient analysis, word processing, e-mail, and spreadsheet software + Ability to search the web for nutrition research or practice updates and apply knowledge to updating reference materials, preparing for presentations, education, etc.
Education:
- + Bachelor's [Required] + Master's [Required]
Field of Study:
- + of Divinity degree + of Science in Spiritual Care or other graduate level degree (72-hour minimum) in theology, religion or related field
Work Experience:
- + 3+ experience in a clinical setting [Required] + Didactic program with strong focus in clinical nutrition [Preferred]
