Job Description

Lee Health is seeking an Outpatient Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutrition care for patients across our outpatient centers. In this role, you will complete nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide medical nutrition therapy for chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, GI disorders, obesity, and renal disease. You will lead one-on-one and group counseling, collaborate with physicians and care teams, document in the EMR, and contribute to wellness and community education programs, supporting Lee Health's mission to improve community health and patient outcomes.
