Haines City Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Dietitians (RD) to join our team in both full-time and part-time roles within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / long-term care setting. As a Registered Dietitian at Haines City Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will have the opportunity to provide individualized nutrition care that supports resident health, recovery, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:
Conduct nutritional assessments for residents in the SNF setting Develop, implement, and update individualized nutrition care plans Provide nutrition counseling and education to residents, families, and staff Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and dietary teams to ensure coordinated care Document assessments, progress notes, and updates according to regulatory standards Ensure compliance with state, federal, and SNF dietary regulations Support food service operations to maintain quality, safety, and resident satisfaction
Full-time RD:
coverage includes two additional facilities as needed
Part-time RD:
provide 24 hours per week of dietetic coverage
Qualifications:
Licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) in good standing Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field Prior SNF or long-term care experience preferred Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition and therapeutic diets Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Resident-centered approach to care
