Schedule and travel This is a full-time, primarily in-person position based at Pinellas Park, Florida. The schedule follows Army Reserve training calendars and may include evenings, weekends, Battle Assemblies, and Annual Training. Regular travel within the continental United States to supported unit locations is expected. Testudo Logistics is seeking a Registered Dietitian who can turn evidence-based nutrition science into practical fueling strategies that work during drill weekends, annual training, field activities, and the weeks in between. This is an education- and coaching-focused position; it does not involve clinical medical care or medical nutrition therapy. You will be based at Pinellas Park, Florida and serve on a four-person interdisciplinary team supporting the Army Reserve Medical Command (AR-MEDCOM). The team works with command leaders and unit H2F Integration Teams to extend high-quality support to geographically dispersed Army Reserve units. The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $98,000 per year. Actual pay will be based on location, education, relevant experience, professional credentials, and other job-related factors. What you'll do Develop, adapt, and implement command-specific performance nutrition programming and educational curricula. Create practical resources such as fueling strategies, meal-planning guides, field-training nutrition tools, fact sheets, and Go for Green materials. Deliver engaging individual and group performance nutrition education and coaching for Soldiers and leaders. Support Soldiers participating in the Army Body Composition Program with sustainable, performance-focused education on healthy weight management and body composition. Collaborate with cognitive performance, strength and conditioning, and athletic training professionals to connect nutrition with physical performance, recovery, sleep, and resilience. Coach and mentor unit H2F Integration Teams, maintain current training resources, collect program data, and contribute to required reports and knowledge transfer. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree or higher in nutrition, dietetics, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university. Completion of an accredited didactic program and supervised practice program in dietetics that supports RD/RDN eligibility. Current Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential and any current, valid, unrestricted state license required for the duty location. At least three years of relevant post-graduate RD experience within the last four years, with a demonstrated focus on performance nutrition for athletes or tactical populations. Strong teaching, coaching, collaboration, documentation, and professional communication skills. Eligibility and access U.S. citizenship is required. Ability to obtain and maintain a Confidential personnel security clearance and satisfy applicable background investigation, suitability, installation-access, CAC, and system-access requirements.
